 Booking an appointment needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance  

Appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled need to be made 24 hrs before appointment, or incur a $50 fee 

All walkways and driveways must be clear of ice and snow in inclement weather. Failure to do so will result in cancelation of that day’s session, and a $75 fee will be charged 

Any pets must be kept out of massage area while the massage therapist is there

 While there are many benefits to massage, depending on the modality of massage received there can be many great benefits, the key benefits to massage overall are to increase blood flow, decrease pain, induce relaxation, decrease stress, calms the nervous system  

 While every individual seeks massage for different reasons, it is generally recommended to receive a massage at least once a month. If you are working through some sort of issue, like a persistent tight muscle that affects daily life, it may be recommended to receive a massage weekly or biweekly. There is no harm in receiving more than one massage in a month unless told otherwise by your doctor. 

 The therapist will come to your chosen location, and set up all required equipment for the chosen massage. The therapist will go over medical history, answer any questions/concerns, and talk about the plan for treatment. The client will then get on the table when the therapist leaves the room, and will knock before re-entering once client is on the table. The therapist will then massage the client according to the plan. Included in every massage is complimentary aromatherapy and hot towels!

 The therapist will step out of the room while the client undresses, to give privacy while the client gets under the draping, clients will remain under a top sheet, and blanket at all times. The therapist will only expose the area worked on in that moment, and will refrain from undraping where the client says not to, as well as glutes. 

 Each client will be advised to undress to their comfort level, this means the client has full control of how much clothing they would like to take off. Any garments worn may involve the therapist altering their plan/approach to the work as they will have to work around the garments 

 We are a 100% gratuity free business, meaning we do not expect or accept tips, as we set prices to pay the therapist a sustainable wage. 

 To ensure customer satisfaction, all package purchases are considered final.  However, we understand that circumstances can change.  In the event that you are unable to complete your package due to unforeseen situations, you may request a prorated refund based on the remaining unused sessions.
