You always have full control of what areas of the body are touched, as well as not touched. You also have control to let the massage therapist know if something about the massage needs to be changed at any time, such as pressure, or if one area needs more focus. IN-OFFICE MASSAGE: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to go over medical history, what you're looking for out of the session, and answer any questions before the session starts! 

MOBILE MASSAGE: The massage therapist will always arrive to the massage location 20 minutes before the scheduled time, in order to set up equipment, go over medical history to ensure no changes, go over the treatment plan, and answer any last questions before the massage begins!
